I was fortunate to have Witchhat carry out the superlink mod to my 282 last year. What a fantastic upgrade. It brought a very large grin to my face when I got it back. It’s a real shame Witchhat have gone. They did great work

Great to hear of your good experience @GordonM I’m still considering Newts for my 555ps feeding an NDS. I’m sure it would benefit. Since my last post, I have upgraded my HCDR to SCDR. This was added to my superlink mod 282 which has transformed the sound. Worth every penny!

I understand your thinking. I’ve just paid out and gained nothing as it were…..at this point But for me, I see it that I’m now ready to take full advantage of a supercap when it arrives

Well….my 282 is back from Witchhat having had the superlink upgrade fitted. Fantastic job done, and the only noticeable difference is the small burndy style socket at rear, replacing the link 2 socket. Connection guide and cables required for connection to a supercap also provided. I’m still...

My 282 has been away for a couple of weeks now. Hope to get it back in the next week or so. I have been keeping an eye on the price of a new TP supercap and have noticed it’s increased in price by £200 in the last fortnight. Not sure if I should get my order in now, or wait and see if the prices...
