This has been effective curing hum with big toroidal transformers in my Avondale amps. I didn't feel it affected SQ in the same way as some other mains products have done previously.
Upgraded to Audiolab DC Block 6 which does the same without extension blocks...

Not much to go wrong with passive stuff, and my Dax was a failing cap in the ps.
There's probably BNC plugs on the back of the 82, most folk use the cheap adapters, or swap the plugs over to rca?

I’ve got a Crumpler muffin top rucksack somewhere, along with a camera I should list.
