    Surely anyone walking past will easily see over a 6 foot fence as the pavement is much higher than your ground level - unless you raise the wall from the pavement side which would. Be horribly enclosing from your perspective and mister mayor wouldn’t allow it anyway something like a pleached...

    I bought my youngest a jazz with 22k on the clock, only thing to watch is where he parks it overnight, catalytic are targets but that might just be the older ones, worth googling to check, they sawed her exhaust off when she parked it in an alley in Lancaster. should be a very safe choice

    Milwaukee, buy slowly in sales and carefully off gumtree and it didn’t cost too much, fab stuff but suspect you can get as good for diy for less money with Makita, dewalt Hitachi etc basically pick the one you like the look of, I like red

    2005 colour Yaris, look for low miles and single owner granny/grandad car, the more scratched the better (failing eyesight dings) great kit, great economy and low insurance plus run for ever and cheap to fix
