The TDK AD tapes were also good but the SA was the sweet spot.

The bog standard TDK D was a fine cassette mechanism but for lo-fo or no-fi sounds.

Active ATC 50s on IsoAcoustic feet.
Not sure if the IsoAcoustic feet benefit much - I think they do slightly - I just can't stand the idea of of the large flat contact area of the speakers.

I've got the entry level Atacama units but notice the more expensive ones look better.

Always wanted an Ittok/Troika from my youth.
Had to settle for an Audio Origami PU7 as Ittoks in good condition are getting hard to find.
I'm told the PU7 beats the Ittok but just doesn't look the same.
