[WTD] LP12 armboard for Rega arms

Hi, looking for LP12 armboard with Rega cutout, ideally latest spec. Hard to obtain via WWW from mainland Europe, it seems - shipping to Germany would be needed. Payment via bank transfer or PayPal both possible. Thanks for looking & best regards, Oliver

    The new Epos design language!

I think the Fink Team tried to reference some German history here - namely the RFT BR25, designed and produced in the former GDR by, among others, Joachim Kiesler of Geithain fame. In the video above, he was full of praise for the original speaker, which apparently was a lot better than...

    The new Epos design language!

Karl-Heinz Fink, who now owns the brand, gives a few interesting explanations: I would not dismiss him or his expertise too fast, I think he pretty much knows what he is doing. Best, Oliver

Advice sought digital - analogue converter from TV to Naim

An SMSL Sanskrit 10th MK II/MK III can be USB powered (in my case via the telly) and fed via Toslink. It has its own remote control, as the volume cannot be set by the telly anymore. Clean, clear sound into a NAC72, couldn‘t be happier. Best, Oliver

    Which LP12 belt?

I‘m feeling a bit on the frugal side now, being content with a Thakker belt (https://www.thakker.eu/en/belts/turntables/linn-sondek-lp-12-original-thakker-belt/a-3141/). Works for me.

Your Albums of the Year ‘23

Since hearing DJ Koze‘s „Wespennest“ I think that, too. He is still a relevant producer.

Another film spoiled by overbearing music score....

Seems to be typical of some Franchise installments nowerdays; a kind of psychological affirmation or somesuch (cue „Star Wars“, „Jurassic Park“, „Raiders“).

    [WTD] Pair of NJ729 boards

Hi, as stated, I‘m looking for a pair of NJ729 („Time-Aligned Buffer“) boards. Shipping to Germany would be needed, I‘m not sure if this would also have to include a proper customs declaration by the seller. A pair of link boards (without any trim pots or thereabouts) would also be nice. Thanks...
