    AE / DM with an iPad as a remote on a 802.11g network steaming from a Mac Mini and a NAS. Only problems have been with interference when next door started using the same Wi-Fi channel...

    I've managed a refoam without removing the dust caps using clothes pegs to centre cone, with a bit of care it's not as difficult as it looks. Just gently press on the cone and listen for rubs.

    Yep, I'm on a Mac. The disk that comes with the AE has Bonjour for Windows iTunes so it shouldn't be to hard to set up.... Famous last words just before the explosion....

    Did you put thermal paste between the heat spreaders and the heat sinks? Also, check with Les about the right type of paste. I think it has to non-electrically conductive.
