Sorry if this too late but Jriver software on a laptop and Jremote app on your phone will allow you to select any music on your hard drive remotely. Cost is about £25.

One way to do this is to install Jriver on your NUC. This can be configured to deliver Tidal https://wiki.jriver.com/index.php/WDM_Driver Then get the JRemote app to control everything on Jriver.
