I’ve a set here that are very rarely used (not least as I sold my headphone amp). Double boxed with manual etc, and original cable little used as I ran them with a 3m balanced (2x3 pin XLR) Cardas clear light cable - also available. PM’d with offer of photos I’ve grabbed just now of headphones...

This. c.30mm diameter, drill, thread and part off as you go. Polish to a fine finish if desired, heck you could get them anodised or chromed if desired. An awful lot easier to work with than stainless. Unfortunately my lathe doesn’t have a sufficiently large spindle.
