A quick look at the timber span tables suggests 220 x 63 mm at max 450 mm centers for a 5 m span.
If you want a bath you will need more.
I highly recommend talking to a structural engineer.

If it doesn't work the HP usb c travel dock is very cheap and gives you usb c in, hdmi out.

I have a hp z book that I connect with a hp thunderbolt G2 dock with 230 W psu.
External 32" 4k screen, keyboard etc all connect to the dock. Mouse is bluetooth.
