Pete Brown RIP

Pete Brown, originally a poet then later met up with Jack Bruce and become a lyricist to some of Cream's music, White Room and Sunshine of your Love being two examples. RIP.
 
I liked the way he was rewarded as a lyricist although it upset a certain Mr Baker. RIP Pete Brown
 
Big fan of his Harvet output. I particularly like the work with Battered Ornaments.

RIP. Pete Brown's Battered Ornaments were regulars at The Toby Jug, Tolworth on Sunday nights, Chris Spedding on guitar. A couple of times the audience was so small we got invited up onto the stage with the band. He was a lovely fella…
