Trying out a 7W/ch Audion Silver Night 300B power amp today. Seems to be working nicely with my Croft 25, although it probably doesn’t require the zero gain cathode follower version that mine is. I’ve also got a new cartridge - the Ortofon SPU Wood A. Beech wood body with urushi lacquer and silver coils. Wanted one for ages but now it’s been discontinued. Managed to get one of the last ones produced.

It's a brass galvanometer rescued from KMS Prinz Eugen by a relative of mine, before it was nuked.
