Arrived today (c.d.) - didn’t realise when I ordered it that ‘Ghost Town’ is the 12” version :)
Ace.
Notable how different the Single versions are compared to the album versions.

A bit of an Allan roll this morning. Terrible cover, that one. No hint at the high quality of the music / musicianship.

Yes, me too. This CD's is a bit compressed again, how does the LP sound? Not Now Music – NOT2CD492. 2013. The Bridge and What's New together.

I've got this edition

Sonny Rollins – The Bridge (Vinyl) - Discogs

A 140g repress, US facsimile / date unknown. The hype sticker says "good enough for an audiophile" "virgin vinyl" etc etc. but I've no real idea of it's provinence. I bought it in the record shop in the Barbican when I went to see him in 2009 (??)

It doesn't sound at all compressed to my ears but I'm far from being an expert on these things.
