Same here.. I made a good start last year, feel fitter and lost around 30lbs, so really more an issue of keeping it up than new resolutionsDrink less, exercise more, cook from scratch more.

I'm also becoming increasingly vegetarian and will try harder this year, though don't think I could manage a full on vegan lifestyle.
I'd like to start running again but fear that impact sports are probably not for me at my time of life, so will stick to walking, swimming, light weights and exercises. It's all become a bit of an obsession so shouldn't be too difficult to keep up, general health permitting!
One of the very few good things to come out of shielding was my buying a treadmill April 2020, I managed to use it at least 15 mins every day for a whole year, doesn't sound very impressive but from where I was the year before I'm really please to be able to say it.Walking is generally acknowledged as the exercise that folk stick to.
