It would be interesting to know if these are proper quality recordings and where they were recorded. Each recording would have a different ambient noise. I always though that the original recording did have some noise in it and was not completely silent.

I took a couple of my teenagers to a Warp/meltdown gig, and JG was given a space for 4'33'.

We did explain beforehand what it was about, nothing, thinking time, etc.

Their music teacher was astonished that any pupil had not heard this. Tis' good to get credits from the yooth, even though I am a has been.
