finished with 10x8 burpees supersetted with 5 bar dips (50 in total)
thursday
back work with single arm cable rows at 39kg
wide and narrow lat pulldows at 75kg - 5 sets of 5 each
5x20 kettlebell swings, left and right clean, left and right hold around me body, left and right shrug @ 28kg
10x10 kettlebell swings @ 28kg
friday
10x10 legpress @ 120kg
10x10 lunge with 20kg kettlebell
5x10 boxjump
5x100 skips
1/2 bottle of poncha..
