Wilmslow 3 way speakers

I'm absolutely sure these are not a Wilmslow design. The Peerless mid is a vintage unit with a fundamental resonance of 530 Hz. Peerless recommended crossing it at 750 Hz. But the woofer is an XLS sub driver. It's a very good driver for sub duty, but it was never meant to cover midrange frequencies. Also it's likely to be problematic in a vented box. It's normally used sealed, or with passive radiators.

The seller says the design is based on ATC speakers. Maybe there's a vague visual resemblance. But ATC don't use any of these drivers, let alone this combination.

Having said that, the drivers are all decent quality, and are probably worth the asking price if you can re-use them.
