The first step is stop voting neoliberal, and that is not exclusively Tory!!

NHS waiting list, whatever formula is in use at the time - it changes quite often - slopes upward whenever the Tories are in power, and it slopes downward when they're not. This pattern predates Brexit and Covid by decades so they are no excuse.

So I stick by my statement (which I qualified as step 1)!
