Virgin has seen fit to sell back to Andy Partridge (the first time any XTC song or project has ever been released) The psychedelic side project The Dukes of Stratosphear... which means both their LPs Psionic Psunspot and 25 O'Clock are to be reissued on Andy's APE label... I think these came out as blessed relief at a difficult point in XTC's career (Skylarking).
There is also a vinyl issue of each to be released later on in the year. I might hold out for that.
These are going to be reissued as hardback books style CDs with extensive liner notes and you can preorder both direct from the label...

Thes are a great pair of EP/LPs. Its sort of hommage to british psychedelia, but both are a lot of fun. I played a few of these to some bemused Norwegians last week. Its effective with a gallon of cheap vodka.
