Not too bad, just the tiny hole into the arm tube so use the old wires to pull the new ones through. I had one where a previous owner had used overly rigid silver wire and it interfered with the bias. Make sure your new wires are fit for purpose.
I used Transfi off ebay, worked well.
Getting it round the bend into the hole in the pillar was a bit worrying but taking the counterweight stub off for access and using thin heatshrink (unshrunk) to protect the wires worked well. Fitted a sme base plug and earthed the arm tube. Surprised the pillar needed an earth too
