Processing help

I have a picture (JPG) of my son, which I really like, however my 'shopping' skills are poor. On the day he was wearing a dark rugby shirt with a white collar. I'd love to see the picture with no white collar, is there any kindly soul who would do this for me. If so please PM an email address and I'll send the picture over.

I agree - the collar gives the some shape and substance to the head. It might be a touch surreal and disembodied without the collar.
