plate amplifier

ok i have a spare driver at home from the car and want to make a subwoofer but i need a suitable amplifier to drive the thing

the driver is a velodyne df12sc servo controlled 12" car audio subwoofer

needs something with about 3-400 watts rms max and must have very little in the way of subsonic filtering as the servo control doesnt like this

i know how big the enclosure needs to be and should have no problems making this at all i have a smaller version of this allready in my car which works to marvellous effect

You want to take a look at BKElectronics in their modules section - they do mosfet power amps from 100W to 1000W. They also do plate amps with low and high level inputs etc. CPC also do a cheap 250 plate amp which might fit the bill.
