Nice to see so many users happy with how they are treated.
It might be a good idea to start a thread where users here can praise Manufacturers or stores with good customer service?
I think it is the way of the future for smaller companies.
Treat a customer (after a sale) as a CUSTOMER when they need help, and sooner or later he will be a customer again. Or spread the word to others, bringing new customers in.
