The first MINI DSP products to arrive will be the Dirac series of room correction units,

Everything you need to implement active room correction is included in this kit, microphone,
Dirac software and the processor , once set up these units behave as a black box in your system, providing room correction for any digital or analogue source that you connect.

A properly integrated sub sounds incredible, seamlessly integrated it becomes just another driver offering extended bass response.
Also if you have a room issue at a particular frequency you can use mini DSP to EQ out that resonant peak, hugely improving the sound of your system.
