What's the correct earthing set-up for a gyrodec?

mine has the armboard decoupling kit fitted, so the chassis earth point is connected to the base of the arm. The arm also has an earth wire, which goes to the earth pin on my Heed phonostage.

My Gyro has the the arm earth directly to the phono amplifier, there is a ring above the nut that fastens the RB300 arm pillar to the board, from the ring is a short earth lead to the bottom of one off the three arm boards mounting cap screws, the short lead is secured to the cap screw with a nut. This followed the decoupling kit instructions. Seems just like your method.
