Although video capability is being written up as a design afterthought on this, the apparently novel filter array that does away with the requirement for a low pass filter (Cliff?) could be quite interesting for motion pictures. The LCD doesn't flip out for hi/lo angle shooting, so it's *probably* out of the question for me unfortunately.
Ah, that's serious stuff. I think iPhone is the tool of choice for this kind of project...Does anyone use a rangefinder to shoot video? I don't mean a few clips of the kids making faces. I'm thinking highbrow stuff, like cat videos for youtube or vimeo.

They've had to expand it to accomodate magnification on the VF, a mount with a thread of some sort, extra dedicated controls etc
and to make it look like an M9 at 5 paces
