Cats of Rhodes..

One or two poor old things, but most of them look realy healthy and content. Good photos Mr Cat!
 
thanks, they're are virtually on every street corner, a joy to see...tho, there are some that are ill, and there's a real skinny one that was walking around in circles and unable to see or respond to anything... was heartbreaking to see... we bought it some food and water but it never responded apart from falling onto my foot :( (that's the real skinny one lying next to some wet food :( )

we googled it and it seemed it may have had a brain seizure... :( poor thing... not sure how long it had been like that either, or how long it would have lasted for...
 
Mrs C recognised most of them from her recent visit! She spent most of her time there feeding them too.

the one with the blue collar belonged to a pub (and that photo was taken from the pub window) -

this one was near a cafe and the woman there spent ages stroking it :)

this one seemed to be a stray - but came to the hotel to stay haha and the staff took it back outside the first night after it came in - but it came back every night afterwards... it was adorable and the only cat I stroked...but then i was drunk haha..

this was on a table in someones back yard - and it had just woken up as I got my camera out :)

the rest as far as I could tell were stray as they were hanging around bins, cafes and the old town - with a couple in lindos (and the boxed cats in symi island)

these kittens were defo stray as we tried to feed them but they hid away (but, fed the mother and some older siblings) - and the mother must have moved them as they weren't in the same spot the next day...

Great set of photos there Alan!

I went with a few friends to see this a couple of months ago...a lovely, warm film, highly recommended to fellow cat obsessives :)
