Can a SNAPS be converted to a symmetric supply using say TeddyRegs?

I'm ooking for power supply alternatives for my Starfish and am trying to figure out if I can convert a SNAPS to -15v-0-+15v using a few Teddyregs?

Can it be done or should I start from scratch? In which case does anyone know of any DIY designs that would work for me?

You could stick a Traco in the SNAPS for +/- 15V output.
