Do they sound OK? Reason I ask is, these are almost certainly public domain re-records so, like your mate making you a cassette of his new album, it could sound anywhere from ‘indistinguishable from the original’ to ‘junk’.

Can someone explain these pirate labels to me? What makes them pirates, if illegal how do they get away with it and does it mean the quality's crap?
