B & O headphone repair

hi guys
Can anyone either repair or know where I can get my B & O headphones repaired ..they are the A9’s I believe..I think the fault is at the stem .I leaned forward and the sounded changed..they only play out of one speaker .. any help appreciated ..Thanks Micky

How long have you had them? B&O headphones come with a two year warranty provided you have proof of purchase and they are not refurbished items. You just fill in an online form and upload a PDF or an image of your purchase receipt and they will email you a UPS shipping label.

I have had them a lot longer than the 2 years so that route is out of the question ..
