Benz Micro Ace load settings with Trichord Dino?

I have mine sett at 100ohms and gain set to Medium MC are these the optimum settings for this cart or has anyone had better success with different ones and also would I get a better result from a SUT into the MM setting on the Dino or finally does this level of cart deserve a better stage?
