Gromit, 'Gatepost' is almost 3 dimensional, amazing detail, but there's something oddly smeary in the bokeh, or perhaps lack of it, in those background trees.

Thanks, and yes the smearing is down to me being a bit clumsy in the processing. Taking luminance out of the blue - to darken the sky slightly - gives this odd effect in LRCC sometimes.

That's an interesting mural, Steve, and I'm wondering if it represents something from German childrens' stories (a bit like Sing a Song of Sixpence, perhaps).

We had a few days in the southern Tyrol Dolomites this week, and came upon this lake;

Dürrensee, towards Monte Cristallo
