Tips for cycling prep

You are right, but you also don't want to arrive in a sweaty mess!

I rode in this morning (20 miles) and had cycling kit on my top half (jersey, merino, windproof) then changed into a shirt. What you do want to avoid is a wet back which you get quite quickly with a rucksack and if you are piling on some speed

If commuting is all you want to do forget all this "doing it quicker" bollocks - just use the bike to commute.
 
I've a very cunning plan



Take my bike to work on my new bars and bike carrier, then cycle dead fast up to the hangar!
