Hi all have just finished a b ing Nac5 and Mogami. No contest. All shahinian owners should try this. Sweeter more detail more foot tapping lost the hardness at the top end I didn't realize was there. Thanks to my Guru for this tip.

I purchased a Starfish pcb some years ago which I never got round to using. Having just returned to the forum after having been away for some 5 years I was wondering if some kind member would advise me as to whether:

1. The project is still worth undertaking in the light of recent developments
2. If so, where I can get hold of the last/final BOM and build instructions.

Its great to be back and great to see the forum still as interesting as ever.

Network player or streamer for Audiolab 8200 CDQ

Hello Everybody,

I search a solution to play (with foobar) or stream Flac (on my computer or on my NAS) and then use the DAC on my 82000 CDQ. I can not use a USB cable because i need more than 10m.
I've tryed a raspberry pi, but i've cracks and pops.
May'be a Vortexbox media appliance with a old PC ?
