As an example of a manufacturer helpfully supporting the owners ability to repair:

One of the sockets on my 2016 Lejonklou Boazu integrated amp broke a couple of weeks ago. I made a temporary repair, but Fredrik Lejonklou has offered to send me free replacement sockets with solder and instructions on how to repair.

This is an amp I bought second hand.

I’ve replaced several Oral-B batteries over the years. They seem to use a poor charging module and often all that is needed is to charge the battery in a proper charger once every month or so.
